Asphalt Paving
New Installs · Overlays · Full Reconstruction
From a single driveway to a 50-acre distribution yard, our crews lay asphalt that lasts. Hot-mix, warm-mix, and porous options available — engineered to your traffic load and climate.
What It Is.
Why It Matters.
Asphalt is the workhorse of American pavement: fast to install, easy to repair, and cost-effective over a 15–25 year lifecycle. The difference between asphalt that fails in 5 years and asphalt that lasts 25 comes down to the sub-base, the mix design, and the compaction crew.
We specify the right depth and mix for your traffic load — 2 inches over compacted stone for passenger lots, up to 6 inches for industrial freight yards. Every project includes proof-rolling, density testing, and a written warranty.
Where We Use It.
New Parking Lots
Greenfield retail, office, apartment, and medical lots — graded, drained, paved, striped.
Subdivision Streets
Private and HOA roadways built to municipal spec for future dedication.
Industrial Yards
Heavy-duty pavement for warehousing, freight, and equipment storage.
Driveway Installation
Residential and commercial driveways with proper drainage and edge support.
Overlay & Resurface
1.5–2" lift over sound base — adds 10+ years for a fraction of reconstruction cost.
Full Reconstruction
Remove failed pavement, repair sub-base, and rebuild from scratch when overlays won't hold.

REQUEST QUOTEHow long does new asphalt take to cure?+
Drivable in 24–48 hours. Full cure takes 30 days — avoid power steering on a parked car and sharp turns from heavy vehicles during that window.
Overlay or full reconstruction?+
If the base is sound and you only see surface cracks, overlay is 40–60% cheaper. If you see alligator cracking, sinking, or drainage failures, the base is compromised and overlay will fail within 2–3 years.
What's the right thickness?+
Passenger lots: 2–3" over 4–6" stone. Mixed commercial: 3–4". Industrial/freight: 4–6" with reinforced base.
Do you service my area?+
Yes — we operate in all 50 states. If you have a ZIP code, we have a crew.
How fast can you start?+
Standard projects mobilize in 5–10 business days after estimate approval. Emergency work dispatches same day.
Are quotes free?+
Always. No charge, no obligation, no high-pressure sales.
Do you handle permits?+
Yes. Permit pulling, traffic control plans, and municipal coordination are included in our scope.
